The government announced a housing-supply plan targeting 1.35 million new starts in the Seoul Capital Area by 2030. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced a plan for 1.35 million housing starts in the capital region by 2030, averaging 270,000 per year. The plan also expands direct LH development on public land and urban supply using public assets.
