IssuePlace may organize information based on news reports, government and public institution announcements, official materials from companies or organizations, official social media accounts, videos, and other publicly available sources.

Content provided through IssuePlace is intended to help users understand an issue or event.

IssuePlace does not provide an absolute guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

If there is a discrepancy between information presented on IssuePlace and an original document or official announcement, users should refer to the original or official source.

IssuePlace may review and correct content when an error is identified or a reasonable correction request is received.

4. External Sources and Content

  • Other external websites

External websites and services are operated independently from IssuePlace.

Their content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, advertising, products, and services are subject to the policies of the relevant external provider.

To the extent IssuePlace does not operate or control an external service, IssuePlace is not responsible for the operation of that service except where liability is required by applicable law.

IssuePlace may not require account registration merely to view publicly available content.

In the future, IssuePlace may provide account-based features such as login, profiles, following, comments, or submission management.

Where account features are available, users must provide accurate information and take reasonable measures to protect their account and authentication credentials.

Users must not access another person's account without authorization or provide their own account for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Personal information associated with accounts is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. User-Submitted Content

If IssuePlace provides features allowing users to submit reports, comments, feedback, images, or other content, ownership of that content generally remains with the user or other lawful rights holder.

Users must have the legal right to provide any content they submit.

By submitting content, the user grants IssuePlace a non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.

This license is limited to uses necessary for the operation and presentation of the content through IssuePlace.

Users may request correction or deletion of their submitted content where permitted by applicable law or Service policy.

After reviewing the request and relevant materials, IssuePlace may correct, remove, modify the presentation of, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding the content.

IssuePlace may display advertising to support the operation of the Service.

Advertisements may be distinguished from editorial or informational content provided directly by IssuePlace.

Products or services promoted through advertisements are subject to the terms of the relevant advertiser or external provider.

Unless IssuePlace is itself a party to a transaction, purchases, contracts, and other transactions arising from an advertisement are generally between the user and the advertiser.

IssuePlace is not responsible for such transactions except to the extent required by applicable law.

14. Privacy

IssuePlace processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Additional information regarding the collection, use, retention, cookies, and user rights relating to personal information is available in the IssuePlace Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

IssuePlace may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable laws and regulations.

Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be communicated through the Service or another appropriate method.

Updated Terms will indicate their revision or effective date.

Continued use of the Service after an amendment may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and where separate consent is not required.
