Off-Leash Dogs Rush at Young Children in Yokohama Park
A complaint at Negishi Forest Park in Yokohama reported that two off-leash puppies ran toward children aged four and one and jumped on them. No injury was reported, but park management said it treated off-leash activity as an important safety issue and was strengthening patrols and police coordination.
