Cabinet Approves Promulgation of Public Prosecution Agency and Serious Crimes Investigation Office Acts
The Cabinet approved promulgation proposals for the statutes governing the two new agencies. At its 11th meeting, the Cabinet approved promulgation proposals for both laws. The Korean Law Information Center lists them as enacted on March 24, 2026 and effective October 2, 2026.
