Fifth Basic Plan for Fostering and Supporting Science and Technology Talent Finalized
The 9th Deliberative Council meeting of the Presidential Advisory Council on Science and Technology finalized the Fifth Basic Plan for Fostering and Supporting Science and Technology Talent for 2026–2030. The plan includes the introduction of a National Science and Technology Talent program and the expansion of the Korean-style stipend system.
