Entire City of Tongyeong Added to Special Disaster-Zone Designation
Following a joint government assessment of damage from the August 15–18 heavy rainfall, President Lee Jae-myung expanded the special disaster-zone designation from parts of Tongyeong to the entire city after the overall damage met the designation threshold.
