South Korea–Turkmenistan Summit: Investment Protection Agreement Signed After 16 Years
The two countries agreed to expand cooperation beyond energy and plant projects to railways and logistics, shipbuilding, new cities, water resources, forestry, AI, and science and technology. A long-pursued investment protection agreement was signed, along with a total of 13 agreements and memoranda of understanding linked to the summit.
